Report Investigation and Accountability System

Procedure for Member Online Reporting

A web page will be created which allows community members to have access to all of the information in this document as well as an online reporting tool. They will be asked to provide a detailed description of their problem as well as upload any relevant files. Please be as specific as possible.  Generalities should be avoided as it will ultimately lengthen this process.

 

Regardless of the level of detail in the online report, a formal investigation will need to be carried out. This will be assigned to a member of the admin team and will be due at the next meeting.  A minimum of 24 hours notice will be given so that the admin team members assigned to the situation can perform the investigation and gather all of the facts following the same procedure as outlined in the in-person report investigation.
