Intent

• Our clan has always been training-oriented.  We focus on helping members improve their gaming, leadership, teamwork, and sportsmanship skills while promoting a fun and safe gaming environment. This includes our ability to work with others, communicate effectively, and respect others no matter their skill levels.

• The Sea Monkeys has a system of accountability designed to reinforce our code of conduct.  While it will not eliminate all disagreements/problems, it will provide avenues for improvement for everyone.  

 

• The process is led by a team of officers, rather than relying solely on one person.  These individuals arbitrate and contain disagreements or incidents while recognizing and encouraging positive interactions or achievements. 

 

• This is an iterative process.  Over time it is our hope that this system will minimize the number of conflicts that need to be dealt with.  We also hope that it will encourage members to work together to help others improve their gaming skills while building positive cyber relationships.
