"Practice Makes Perfect... And We Certainly Get Enough Practice..."
Team Oriented Play
Here at the Flaming Sea-Monkeys, we are about
more than just winning. We believe in practice makes perfect - and we certainly get a lot of practice! We expect all of our members to play with a team-oriented mindset.
This means that we play as a team and don’t intentionally offend our allies or our enemies.
Training Clan
Our clan strives to become better with each iteration. We have seen our members progress from only having a few tier 6s to having competitive tier 10 vehicles.

We run trainings when we can with our allies and offer support for members who feel they are lacking a certain skill set. We actively seek out opportunities to help our players improve so that we can all have the best gaming experience.

Sister Clan:
We are comprised of two clans. SEA-M which is currently an active tier 10 clan, and SEA-H which is a new and growing clan focused on getting up to tier 8 and 10 battles. If you don't meet the requirements for SEA-M you can join SEA-H while you get up to where you need to be.

Members of SEA-M and SEA-H are encouraged to play closely with each other and join each other's skirmishes and advances so that we can work as an effective team. For this reason, we share the same TeamSpeak (seam-co.net)

Now, in my opinion, your personal rating or WN8 means almost nothing when working in an organized team. They are scores of how well you work alone or with a completely random and unorganized team.
That said, management is very important to me in a clan, and I'm very glad to see it's something you emphasize. I saw the cooperation in The Mighty Jingles video, and that is only achievable by a very knowledgeable caller.
The fact that you went so far out of your way to find a person like me to join a clan says even more about the organization of the clan, and I would be glad to become a member of it."
